We worship together in a number of different styles and at different times. We are a community using language and image and music that hopefully enables everyone to touch the mystery and presence of God in unique and different and vital ways.

The Eleven O'Clock Service

This is our main weekly worship for the whole community. We begin with all-age worship that is interactive and imaginative, involving the whole family of whatever shape of size or grouping.

After the all-age part, children go to Sunday School and the adults continue with prayers, contemporary readings, scripture and sermon.

We often incorporate different styles and language to inform our encounter with God and search for new ways to celebrate and hear the Good News.

The Lunch Break Service

We have an informal lunchtime service each week on Wednesdays at 12.15.

It is designed for people who have only a short lunch break and we use story and prayers for 15 minutes along with various styles of music to enable us to encounter peace and pause in a very fast and pressurised world.

Eucharist

A new initiative for us is evening eucharist in the dark of the church through a creative form of communion.

We have discovered a place of deep peace in this service once a month. It is very atmospheric, silent, dark and warm.

We experiment with new forms of communion, new liturgies, and it is unlike most other communions we celebrate. It truly is a place of encounter with a presence that is tangible.

The Worshipalternative

We have a service that is completely orientated towards a more hands-on, creative style of worship. The layout is different, the words are different, the expressions are different. We experiment and try out different styles.

There is much new material written for this by us and we puiblish some of it on the worshipalternative section of the website.
