Moves Fitness (dance aerobics with a difference) provides a fun way to exercise without you even realising that you are exercising! Most of the hundreds of classes around the country (we also have a few abroad) are taught in village, church and school halls which adds to the friendly social atmosphere.

Moves Fitness is suitable for all levels of fitness and for all ages - the choreography enables the movements to be modified or progressed to suit the individual's requirements.

There's no joining fee, just turn up!

...and only £5.00 per session!

All you need is to:

wear a smile and clothes to move in

bring along a towel or mat for floor work
