This area was created for clients / therapists who would like to use NetMeeting or Skype Video to be able to see me and hear me in person online in real time and have an hours session with me from anywhere in the world. These sessions require a fee of £60 Sterling UK to be paid in advance. Here you can make an appointment for a session to be held in the privacy of your own home or office to work on any issue.

    You can avail of a timetabled number of video meetings per year through this service with a supervision agreement, and in which Dr. Millett writes a report on your progress. It is generally recommended that you should consider ten sessions per year for full time practice; 5 for part time practice.

    I will send you instructions by email about connecting to me using NetMeeting or Skype Video by providing you with a     contact IP address number for NetMeeting.  Netmeeting delivers a complete Internet conferencing solution for all Windows users with multi-point data conferencing, text chat, whiteboard, file transfer and video.

    Skype is another free application to contact me through and works on most common kinds of computer and operating systems.

    It is very easy to use. Having Broadband / DSL is recommended, a microphone, speakers and a web camera are necessary too of course.
    In order to have quality audio, it would be wise to purchase a headset / microphone that plugs into your computer rather than relying on your computer's external speakers. The quality of the audio will of course also be affected by the quality of the headset / microphone that you purchase. Those that plug into the USB port on your computer probably offer better quality sound, as USB connections will not slow down the audio transmission from the internet to your computer (as some sound cards might).  Everyhting is encrypted by Skype before it is transmitted to the internet and then automatically decrypted by the receiving person's computer. In this way all communication is private and confidential and cannot be intercepted.
