The number of lessons will depend on how much perception & intelligence you can give to each lesson, but
on average it takes somewhere between 20 - 50 lessons to have grasped enough of the principles of the
Technique to be on your own, then coming back for a reinforcing lesson every few months to make sure you don't
fall back into your old ways and bad habits!
