A guide to the "Quality" rating is as follows:
1 = very poor signal, only occasionally receivable
2 = poor signal, but usually receivable
3 = reception difficult, due to low signal or adjacent-channel interference
4 = Much hiss or interference
5 = reasonable mono signal, but very poor stereo
       (signals of this strength receivable also on a reasonably sensitive
        ghetto-blaster)
6 = reasonable mono, but hissy stereo
7 = quite good mono, moderately hissy stereo
       (signals of this strength receivable also on a pocket "walkman" radio)
8 = Good mono, reasonable stereo
9 = Excellent mono, good stereo
10 = Perfect mono, excellent stereo
