A Few Words About Us...

The Void League was formed in August 2000, not long after Seth and Mans from i-Kore had been up in Aberdeen to run demo games at Drakcon 2000. We all had a great time, played a lot of Void over that weekend and spent a ridiculous sum of money on miniatures (Someone, Mans I think, talked me into using my credit card… but I've never regretted having the Tiger). Anyway Drakcon finished, people went home and those of us who had vast numbers of miniatures suddenly realised that we had nowhere to meet and no where to play, apathy being what it is we would probably never play Void again.

Dr. Digby grins his maniacal grin during a 'one squad wonder' game against 7 other players.

We needed a club, so after some negotiation with Asylum Books & Games, we formed one. The Aberdeen Void League was born. I wrote a set of league guidelines (Void: Tours of Duty) and we set about playing Void. The months and the campaigns have moved on, but the Aberdeen Void League continues and is ever in need of new members. So if your interested in playing and you live in or around Aberdeen, Scotland please come in past the Asylum any Monday night and have chat with us.

If you can't make it but would like to play in a Void League, don't fear, you can download the Tours of Duty guidelines from the downloads page on this website and form your own league. All that matters is that your playing Void and enjoying it!

Viv caught on camera playing the game she fanatically claims she never plays.
