Cub Camp Cwm-du

The 91st Cub Pack celebrated it's first group run camp for over 10 years which ran for 3 days in Cwm-du South Wales earlier this year.

Activities included,  Pony Trekking, Climbing, Hiking, Backwoods Cooking, Swimming and a Campfire all set in beautiful surroundings and with favourable weather.

District Cub Camp

In June we attended District Cub Camp which based on a theme of Wizardry & Magic

The camp started with a Magic Show for everyone followed by theme bases on the Saturday which included a Quiditch match, Invisible writing, Giant Chess,  as well as adventurous activities like Abseiling Climbing & Archery.  Saturday was rounded of by a Falconry Display and Campfire.

Sunday started with a wizardry challenge involving Fire lighting, Boatmaking, Hat making, Wordsearches.

All the groups then joined together for a banquet to end the camp
