the eucharist

|
Monthly, we come together in the evening and share new styles of Eucharist. We dip our toes into various liturgies and moments that stretch us, provoke us, and allow us to dive into a peace that is deep and sacred in a darkened church.

Very atmospheric and somehow more meaningful, the entire service was so effective. Oh! the common cup, a lot of thought was put into the service, it seemed more personal, beautiful background music and very effective lighting, only one white tablecloth was used, much more focused that the normal communion service, it was a pity that all the congregation could not have experienced this.

A half-hour service that is designed to engender peace and communion with the depth of creation. With the use of silence, echo, slides, and lighting, we allow ourselves to find emotions Presbyterians often forget they have. We allow meditation on the sacred words and poetry of heaven. We enable a sense of waiting and excitement through music and liturgy, darkness and mystery.
