Help us to find out by printing out this form and faxing it to us, or by e-mailing the Report editor. Alternatively, photocopy the form and pass it around your workmates. Better still, take the opportunity to go round all the magazines in your building with a clipboard and some membership forms. We will publish the results in a couple of issues' time.
