One of my interests is Genealogy and I have actively pursued the ancestry of myself and my wife. As a result I have knowledge of the Cordner family who were mainly based in Northumberland and Durham from about 1800 and apparently in Ireland prior to that time. Other branches which have been followed are Renny, Fairbridge, Armstrong and Davison.

My wife was a Veasey and her mother a Murton. The Veasey's are from Somerset in the 19th Century whilst the Murton's seem to be definitely a Northumbrian family. Please feel free to contact me if you would like any further information - use the link below.
