Alan's Boatyard - 'Flat Holm' Model

When converted for Survey work, the stern bulwarks have been removed, I have strengthened the ends of the remaining bulwarks with square brass tube which passes through the deck beams and is fixed to the hull. The plastic uprights and cross supports each side of the rudder tubes are "Stops" to prevent the rudder linkage moving too far if the rudders are forced beyond their normal arc (by hitting something in the water).
