The print room at Northampton is one of the best in the country, if not the best. This is only one corner. Facilities are for any kind of printmaking; Etching, Aqautint, Silk Screen, Mono, Lino cuts, Woodcuts, Mezzotint, Mixed Media and Offset Litho, photographic and from limestone plates |

This is an offset litho press |
| Some wonderful old ornate presses are in use such as this direct press dating from 1850, the gold eagle is a counter weight for for the head pressure arm. | A roller press I have now used for etching and aquatint, another grand machine !!!! |

My first work here to date. A small aquatint just for induction into the system. I copied the image from some work Rachael had done |

| It's early days with this etching looking down on market square, Toddington. Next step is aquatint. It's 570 x 320mm on zinc. Scratching the plate took about 14 hours. |

| 19th November, I completed the aquatint and made 3 prints. I'm quite pleased with result |
