My main competitive sports over the years have been rugby and judo (black belt). I have finally bowed to the march of the years and retired from both. My last season on the rugby pitch was 2002-3. I now spend my free time running, swimming, cycling, walking or canoeing. I run with the Hash House Harriers and occasionally take part in triathlons. | |||||
