  • Alchemist PD
    This could be the first and only web site containing Spectrum Public Domain software! If you are sick of games and want something different, and the chance to see hundreds of programs which are probably not anywhere else on the Internet, visit here!

    A newly revised site.

  • Andrew Dansby's Sinclair home page
    A fantastic site of technical and general information. Features downloads of the +3 technical manual, plus schematics.

  • Classix
    The site for James Waddington's old Classix magazine, and the popular Spectrum game finder service.

  • Claus Jahn's home page
    This site contains some of Claus's great Spectrum emulator programs, including ZX EDIT and ZX RAINBOW. The beauty about these programs is that they use the Spectrum display and graphics!

  • Crashed
    Crashed is one of the last paper Spectrum and SAM magazines and is now run by Dave Fountain.

  • Dennis Groning's Z88 page.
    Features PC programs to transfer files to and from the Z88 and view 'raw' Pipedream files.

  • Dominic Morris's homepage
    Dominic is another popular Spectrum character. His greatest program must surely be DISCDOS - allowing Plus 3 machines with an external 3.5" disk drive to read and write to +D / Disciple and PC disks, even loading up raw .SNA snapshot files from a PC disk - all in BASIC! Dominic's new field is with the Z88, working closely with Garry Lancaster, they have made some great Z88 programs (including AlchNews Z88!) and transferred some classic games and programs from the Spectrum and other Z80 machines.

  • John Garner's homepage
    John Garner is a popular name in the Spectrum world, mainly with the excellent programs he has written, especially Minesweeper.

  • Jet Set Willy
    This site is dedicated to Jet Set Willy. It features details of every game for every machine, including downloads. There's also technical information on the games.

  • John Allen's Z88 bits.
    A small page dedicated to the Z88 and BBC transfer programs.

    Another good Z88 site.

  • Manic Miner
    Andrew Broad's web site of the new sequels to Manic Miner, with downloads and information on forthcoming releases.

    Andy Noble has made a wonderful job of making PC versions of Manic Miner and Jet Set Willy 1 & 2. You can find them, plus much more, on this site.

  • Timothy Swenson's Z88 Source Book
    This site contains an invaluable guide to the Z88 covering lots of new information, including a good guide on the Tandy portable disk system.

  • Spectrum Tape Loader
    Official site for the Windows 95 Spectrum tapes loader. Will load any Spectrum tape into your PC via soundcard and save as TZX files.

  • Sintech
    Sintech are probably the largest software distributors in Europe. Not only do they have an immense catalogue of classic Spectrum software, they also obtain and release NEW titles from Eastern Europe.
