The
Unlikely Brothers are so called because it is highly unlikely that they are
brothers. Born of separate parents the chances are on the low side. Therefore,
any resemblance must surely be surgical?
The
Unlikely Brothers comprise of Andy Powell and Richard Gleave who play and sing a
wide repertoire of songs from the hillbilly, "Dueling Banjo's through to
Beatles pop with a wide smattering of Country, folk and rock and roll
songs in between. Andy and Richard's principle aim is to ENTERTAIN!!. Everybody
who comes and sees us leaves with a smile on their face and a song in their
head. No two gigs are the same!!!

A
little about the boys now.
Andy
plays banjo, guitar, harmonica (sometimes at the same time) and does most
of the singing. You can find him in Milton Keynes' very own Concrete Cowboys and
Memphis Plates and has been playing for far to long it has been said.
Richard
does all the hard finger picking and rip roaring guitar solos and gives a lot
help on the vocals. Richard is also in Memphis Plates and the Cowboys and it has
been said that he has been playing for far much longer
On
the night Challenge Richard to play any Guitar riff you know or take part in
some synchronized joke telling.
