If you are looking for a holiday location which is 10 minutes drive from the airport and 10 minutes drive to Los Cristianos, Playa de las Americas, Veronicas Strip and Torviscos then this is the ideal location.

This duplex apartment is set in the relaxing area of Amarilla Golf. Local bars and restaurants are within walking distance. The nearest bars line up various entertaining evenings. Neighbouring Golf del Sur hosts nightly entertainment in “The Square”.

The apartment which is a duplex style (bedrooms upstairs) boasts three spacious terraces enabling you to privately soak up the sun for the whole day if you wish. The property is located on the 1st (and 2nd) floor and is only accessible through the use of a small stair way and is therefore may not suitable for people who will find this difficult. It’s an ideal location for a budget family holiday.

There are spectacular views to be enjoyed as the apartment overlooks the 10th hole of the golf course. There are also picturesque views of the sea and marina to the right of the property—see aerial photo on the lower left of this page.

The nearest communal pool is within one minutes walk. It includes a children’s splash area. It is surrounded by planting and shrubs making it an ideal place to relax. Free sun beds are provided.

Local activities include the choice of two golf courses. There are pitch n putt facilities and also instructor led golfing sessions for the amateur.

Water based activities include:- jet skis, scuba diving, sailing (boat hire), windsurfing and pedal boats

Other activities include:- Go Karting, Horse riding, pleasure parks, an aqua park which includes dolphinarium. The new Siam Park, Loro Park and Park Lasaguilas. Scuba diving, Submarine rides from the marina. Medieval banquet night at Castillo San Miguel

Attractions include: Mount Teide volcano and natural parks that host the most amazing views ever seen.

Nearby beaches: sandy beaches that have a variety of activities include Los Cristianos, Santiago, El Medano, Los Abrigos, Silencio, Play de las Americas and Torviscos.

Lively nightlife is not so far away at Veronicas strip in Playa de las Americas. There are a huge selection of restaurants, bars and nightclubs offering entertainment to suit all tastes from cabaret to karaoke and from seventies/eighties music to rap and garage.

Shopping: there are an abundance of shopping centres within a short distance. The local supermarket is two minutes walk.

Golf Del Sur: The upper and lower plazas (squares) at San Blas which host a number of shops, bars and restaurants is a 15 minute walk away. Taboo’s night club is also there for a more lively night out. There is a taxi rank there which is handy if you don’t fancy the walk back. Most bars there offer nightly entertainment from singers to drag acts and comics.
