A custom built single axle braked box display trailer with auto reverse feature, fitted with 8 ply steel radial tyres on 10" wheels, mudguards, adjustable jockey wheel, 4 wind down corner stays, manoeuvring handles and hinge down lighting board with warning triangles and rear fog lamp. Chassis, frame and doors fabricated from rolled angle, channel, box and bar steel of welded construction.
Roof and sides clad internally and externally with 1.0-mm smooth finish aluminium sheet, giving a twin wall construction with integrated heat relief vents, suitable for Brigade / Service livery and/or paint finish as required. Floor of aluminium 5-bar checkerplate with integral drain plug.

Chassis, drawbar and external steelwork primed with red oxide primer, coated in micaceous oxide and finished in silver, internal steelwork finished in VHT silver finish.

Carrier for flexible and steel piping with pressure regulator, isolation, 2x 6kg Calor Gas propane cylinders (not supplied) and locking mounting for spare wheel with tyre, on drawbar.
Fitted within; a stainless steel dummy 'cooker' with integral grid and pan support with pan and Propane gas burner with emergency trip valve. A "Next Demonstration At" whiteboard fitted on door inner. Internal stowage provided for; A 3 piece adjustable water-pouring arm 2.5Mtrs. long with cup and handles.

Full width front locker with 2 doors and shelf, provides storage space for wind down stay/drain plug brace. Barrier kit, comprising; 4 stacking road type cones with hooks, 25Mtrs. of plastic barrier chain. Accessory kit, comprising; water container, storage container, long reach piezo igniter, demonstration cloths, and gas union connection spanner. Cleaning kit, comprising; bucket, detergent sprayer, hand brush, squeegee, long handle brush, 5 litres de-greaser.

An owner’s manual/unit logbook with detailed specification, inventory, check sheet, user notes, servicing instructions, COSH sheets and gas test certification is provided.

With your first trailer a ˝ day accredited training session for trainers is available, comprising; presentation lecture on history, development, operation, Health & Safety, and setting up, followed by a practical session where the students will gain hands-on experience.  Student notes and personal certification are provided.

Naturally variations to the base can easily be accommodated owing to the fact that all units are individually configured to client's exact requirements. Other options could include coach lines, reflective or high visibility stripes, logos or crests, Gripdeck^TM by Gripfast ^®, or perhaps lining with stainless steel, specialised stowage for extra ancillary equipment - the list is only limited by your needs.
