The Annan Amateur Art Club is a group of enthusiastic artists of all abilities. The Club meets weekly from October to May at 2pm on Wednesdays in St John's Church Hall, St John's Road, Annan.

Nottinghamshire The Arnold Art Society was formed in 1967 and continues to follow in the footsteps of one of their most prominent artists, namely Richard Parkes Bonington, who was born in Arnold in 1802. It has some very accomplished artists and at present over 130 members; a must-see site.
Ashby Art Club Leicestershire Club of about 100 members. Open to all levels of ability. Site gives information about the Club and has an on line gallery of members work. Also lists exhibitions, contacts, years programme and special events.
Bede's World Art Club Northumbria The Art Club is a group of amateur artists ranging from beginners to the more experienced. They meet at Bede's World on the last Tuesday of each month for a practical workshop to develop their skills and practice new techniques.
Birmingham Watercolour Society West Midlands Founded  in 1907 dedicated to the advancement of watercolour painting.

Buckingham Art Society

 

Buckinghamshire BAS plays a very active role in the visual arts in Buckinghamshire, organizing exhibitions, lectures, demonstrations, outdoor art-trails, gallery visits and other art-related events. Many of these are open to the public. The Society maintains close links with both the County Museum in Aylesbury and the Milton Keynes Gallery.

Coverack Art Club Cornwall We are a relaxed and friendly group who meet on Mondays throughout the year from 10.30 - 16.00. We have tuition and demonstrations from local professional artists at many of our meetings.
Croydon Art Society Surrey Founded in 1881 the Croydon Art Society is one of the oldest Art Societies in England, outside London. The Society in its early years was called ‘The Watteau Society’, no doubt in honour of the great French artist.

Harrogate and Nidderdale Art Club Yorkshire Harrogate and Nidderdale Art Club was formed in 1936, currently has 99 members (and a waiting list) and meets every Friday evening between 7 and 9 PM, all year round, in The Convent at 35 Oatlands Drive, Harrogate.
Ipswich Art Society Suffolk Founded in 1874, the Ipswich Art Society is one of the longest established art societies in the UK, and has amongst its members many talented professional and amateur artists. The Society plays an active role in the visual arts in East Anglia organising exhibitions, lectures, and social events for its members, friends, and for the public.
Leighton Buzzard Art Society Bedfordshire

LBAS is an active society that has been established for many years and currently has about 160 members of all abilities. We meet on the first Thursday evening of each month, usually for a demonstration. LBAS organises three exhibitions each year; in November, February and  May, and we also arrange occasional Saturday workshops.

Winchester Art Club Hampshire

Winchester Art Club was founded in 1919 in which year it absorbed the earlier Winchester Fine Arts Society which had existed since 1888. No qualifications are needed to join and our members range from complete beginners to experienced artists. Our membership currently stands at about 300.
