This small group of seventeen wagons began with thirteen wagons which were converted from class QCF (23475-23487) in 1968. They were followed by four newly constructed wagons (23488-23491) in the same year. There were no further additions to the class and in 1993 numbers 23475/7/9, 23480-92 were written off.
