In 1937 Q4475 was fitted with a van type body for the conveyance of disel engines (presumably for the Governor (ADE) class Railcars). It is unclear when this wagon was actually reclassified QD. It could have been 1937 or possibly 1953. With a van type body it should probably have been given a classification somewhere amongst the V group. This unique wagon was written off in 1982.
