More needs to be put in place to encourage children to walk or cycle to school. ALthough the Yellow Bus System in the states appears good in fact it provides less incentive for children to walk or cycle to school. Walking school buses seem to be an attractive idea. On carbon emmissions, the answers to that question should have had the ability to tick B, C and D as all need to be done.
