Some of the answers were the nearest to my opinion, but were not my actual opinon. For example, I don't think that carbon neutral is really achieveable as a concept in the UK, in part because off-setting could well be part of the equation and I do not believe that off-setting is really addressing the problem/impact. It will become a business and will be subject to the vagaries of the market etc. I also have a problem with the achievability of zero waste in a selfish and thoruoghly modernised society so beholden to bug business, but do not agree with incineration!
