Q1) Why not try for 100% i.e. carbon neutral? Q3) I agree with (c) as well as (d). Q4) Again your choice seems restrictive here. I certainly don't agree that 'the ability to attend ay school in Bath is an essential parental right'. But, I accept that the roads are significantly quieter on holiday mornings versus term time. Free buses are a nice idea and should be available where needed, but we should be wary of cocooning school children, who, given safe quiet roads (i.e. with no school run parents driving on them!), are quite capable of walking or cycling to school. There are few residentail areas in Bath which aren't within cycling distance of a school. Q5) Jet airliner fuel should be taxed at as least as high a rate as other transport fuels - currently it is not taxed at all I believe; this is sheer environmental irresponsibility. Q6) Again your choices are restrictive. Central Bath is currently very well served with green spaces but we should be especially careful about school paying fields being built on and other infill (gardens?) for profit rather than to meet a need. I wasn't aware that river access was an issue but a better towpath would be nice and could be used by cyclists. Keep up the good work and thanks for letting me contribute.
