In question 4 your answers are simplistic. I would prefer walking to a bus service, most schools, especially if the secondary school changes are sensible should be within walking distance of home. In question 6 I would like to answer c) but powers in local government are so weak in comparison to other countries, the amount of money we would require as a council would mean the loss of something else, we are struggling to keep what we have got. I would prefer, if money was available, that the council started offering grants to residents that wanted to put up solar panels or other energy efficiency measures, remove charges for re-cycling, take further action to boost re-cycling in low recycling areas, have a green travel plan and stick to it, encourage others to have green travel plans, with active support. Investigate electric vehicles.
