As to question 3, the Lib Dems national policy is for energy mortgages, to enable energy saving renovations. Essentially I could have ticked b, c and d. Q4. I would prefer to promote our policy of 20mph zones contributing to safe routes to school to encourage walking or cycling. Q5. I have not answered this question as none apply. Generally the Lib Dem view is that expansion should not be considered without better transport links and an adherence to a polluter pays methodology.
