1 - our manifesto includes a carbon neutral goal. 3 - b,c,d 4 - we really want are safe routes to school and 20 MPH zones around all schools to encourage children to be able to walk or cycle to school 5 - none of 4 above. LibDem motion tabled by the group in October, that expansion could not be countenanced without better public transport links, measures to reduce greenhouse gasses, no rise in pollution and adherence to the 'polluter pays' principle.
