Air Rifle Club
Membership Fees: £15:00 One off Memebership fee
NOTE: We apologise for the recent lack of instructor attendance, without notification to you. However we can assure you we are currently training new Instructors, which will allow those who keep cancelling to be removed from the instructor list. I will do my best to let you know what's happening as and when.
Range Fees: £1.00 only when attending as from 2006
The club is open every other Saturday morning from 10:00 to 12:00 depending on leader availability. And is closed during School holidays. During the winter months all shooting will be held indoors.
All parents Guardians must sign a consent form before allowing their scout to shoot an air rifle.
We are planning both internal and external shooting events, plus visits to local clubs rifle clubs for a go at pistol shooting.
Winter / Spring League Start October 2008
We are to start the New Winter League with medals to the winners soon. All scores will be published on the notice board. So the more times you attend the more points you earn even if you loose!

Morley District Rifle Club February
A big thank you to Earl and team for allowing some of our Air
Rifle club to come and have a go at Pistol shooting. We all had a great morning learning
new shooting techniques for aim, and trying different pistols. We had a friendly
competition 1st AR, 2nd LF 3rd MF. Well done, for those parents who have been pestered
about joining Morley Club have a chat with "Ark" for the details. The Morley
District Rifle Club is hoping to move to Wakefield in 2005/6
SCOUT LEADERS
If you are an external scout leader and are looking for something new to add to your programme, give us a call. For a small fee we can offer anything from plain target shooting to competitions.
If you already run a Air Rifle Club then why not get in touch for a friendly competion
Other Scouts in our district
Both Archery and Rifle clubs are open to all boys & girls in our district for the same fees as those from 1PS. All you need do is bring is a letter from your GSL stating you are a member of the scouting association. Or ask them to get in touch with me direct.
