Costs

For only £6.00 each month your child joins one of the biggest families in the world. This is paid by Standing Order from your bank, you will need to collect a form from your bank fill it in, bring it down to Cooke Hall (Scout Centre) and we will do the rest.

The first four weeks is on a trial which you only pay £3.00 each week, no uniform is needed at this stage. 

We do endeavor to keep cost low but many activities such as camping, Youth Hostelling, caving, sailing, climbing etc. do incur extra costs that have to be met by the parents. These activities are optional and plenty notice is given before hand. And to help meet these cost we offer a savings club.

PLEASE NOTE: Prices are due to increase due to increased capitation fees. Watch this space for more information, or better still come along to the next PUG meeting.

Should your child not attend for four consecutive weeks without any notice to the leaders then he/she will be removed from the books to give a place to those on the waiting list. It is your responsibility to cancel the standing order from your bank, mistakes can not be refunded.
