The Parent User Group (PUG) are the parents and members of the public who oversee what we the leaders get up to here at the centre, they help when they can by arranging fund raising events such as galas, and help out at the Centre doing various projects. They also have an input in how the groups limited income is pent.

We try to meet every six weeks when we also get an update from each of our Scouting sections on what they have planned for the coming weeks and a brief outline of what they done. This is also the time the when leaders get the chance to ask for help from PUG.

It can be very demanding role to play if youwant it to, but fun too when you realise that being a member of PUG means you are putting a little back into your community. So please feel free to either ask about helping behind the scenes or just come to one of the meetings.

Nobody should be board when you have such busy Scout Centre on your doorstep needing helping hands!

These meetings are open to ALL PARENTS / GUARDIANS.
