Comments: Companies, Products and Services

This section contains comments, complaints and criticisms concerning: (a) specific organisations, companies and/or individuals, and (b) the practices they adopt and/or the services and products they provide.
These are organisations and companies with whom it has been my deep misfortune to have had some dealings (direct or indirect) - dealings so unsatisfactory that I intend never to deal with them again.
The comments, complaints and criticisms concern, and arise from, some or all of the following: bad, unfair or improper practice; malpractice; blatant discrimination; blatant "ripoff"; misleading advertising; poor service/products/support; total incompetence; bloody-minded bureacracy and lack of common sense; inordinate delay; deliberate ignoring of formal complaints ... or irritated or 'p----d me off' in other ways.

Commercial companies. Here are a number of companies I will never have dealings with again, and I look forward to the day when they go out of business (and if I can do anything to expedite this, then so much the better)...

Catalyst Electronic Publishing Ltd
A contract.
This is a tale of how (a) an agency and end company acted in colusion to get me to agree to a contract stipulating 37 hours per week ... but then, when the company failed to provide sufficient work, refused to pay for the full 37 hours, and (b) the agency failed to protect my interests. This was a blatant violation of contract.

ScrewFix "Next Day Delivery" - or so ScrewFix like to claim.
This is a tale of a transaction which took 6 days, required 4 phone calls, 2 faxes and 2 emails and involved blatant lies re. delivery.

Complaints and Criticisms (General)

Some more things that make my blood boil...
MPs - Do they really represent our interests ... or they own ?
Labour Party & Tony Blair - Lies, damned lies and Labour Party promises...
Great Britain ? - Or "Rapidly-Declining" Britain ?...
