In technical terms, NETVIEW operates as a CGI program on a web server,

creating dynamic web pages.

IXConfig
IXCONFIG is a utility that is intended for use on UnixWare and
assists in setting up the configuration required for IP-over-X.25
operation, where TCP/IP is the native UnixWare TCP/IP product and
X.25 is the Spider Software X.25 product.
It was developed for a US company,
SBE Inc.
The utility and documentation are useful if you are developing any
form of network interface to operate under the native UnixWare TCP/IP
protocol stack (and, of course, it can be modified for other network
interfaces), or if you just want to gain a better understanding of what
is involved in such configuration.
