Greasborough Today

Greasborough is a small town about two miles from Rotherham.

This is where William Sykes lived with his mother and family . Myra Wilcock also lived here with her mother.
Although there is a lovely church in the old village William and Myra actually were married in Sheffield.

One of the photographs shows the old tin bath which was brought indoors and filled with piping hot water hung ready for use on the outside back door.
