WELCOME TO THE WEBSITE!
Formed in 1893, Bilton Silver (Rugby) Band is a community-based brass band in the village of Bilton, Rugby, in Warwickshire, England. The band is a traditional contesting brass band, placed in the First Section of the National Brass Band Championships of Great Britain. We perform at many concerts throughout the year, varying from "Last Night of the Proms" events and Summer fetes, to Christmas carol services. Read more...

Mark Allen - Bandperson of the Year 2006
Mark Allen, Bilton's Bandmaster, Junior Band Musical Director and Principal horn player was presented with the Bandperson of the Year trophy at Bilton's Christmas concert, December 2006.

National Children's Brass Band of Great Britain
Autumn 2006: Jack Fisher (9), Bilton's assistant percussionist, has been successful in passing the audition for the National Children's Brass Band of Great Britain. Jack is looking forward to joining sister Jodie (cornet) on the course next year. Congratulation Jack!
More new members
March-June 2006: The band is delighted to welcome the following as members of the band:
Justine Hadden (horn), Hayley Williams (cornet), Charlie Bird (cornet) and Simon Webber (horn). Hayley, Charlie and Simon have all come to the senior band from Bilton's training band, showing the fantastic work done by the training band in encouraging young people to learn a brass instrument.
