Our leader is Brenda Watson who is assisted by her deputy Linda Kelly and four more adult supervisors. There is a ratio of one adult to six children at every session. We are able to take a maximum of 24 children at each session and are registered with Early Education & Childcare. We are registered to take nursery grants for eligible children over three years old. The hours of the sessions are:- 09.00 - 11.45 am Monday to Friday, term time only 12.30 - 3.00 pm Wednesday, term time only Our aim is to provide a happy and stimulating environment where each child can learn a variety of skills while playing and having fun with friends. Chilren are able to attend playgroup unaccompanied from the age of 2 years and 9 months, provided that they are fairly reliably toilet trained by then and provided that they are happy to stay. You are always very welcome to visit prior to their start at playgroup, so that they can settle in and begin to make new friends.
