High Point Awards 2006

1. Each sire and dam must be owned at the end of the year by a Wessex Group member of at least two consecutive years standing.
2. Stallions must be available for public use during the current year.
3. Points are awarded to each sire/dam according to the position of their progeny in open in-hand classes at Wessex Group shows during the current year.
   • 1st=6pts, 2nd=5pts, 3rd=4pts, 4th=3pts, 5th=2pts, 6th=1pt.
   • 2 extra pts for each Championship won.
   • 1 extra pt for each Reserve in Championship.
4. Ridden and restricted classes such as Crabbet, Coloured, Amateur, etc are excluded.
5. Each sire and dam must have received points from a minimum of two progeny.
6. Entry is automatic, and free, for horses meeting the above criteria.
