Horst Frank

Born: 28 May 1929, Lübeck, Germany.
Died: 25 May 1999, Heidelberg, Germany.

Horst Frank excelled at playing the bad guy with panache - usually a corrupt figure of authority or a ruthless landowner.

He also starred in many European horror movies. He appeared along side Christopher Lee in the unusual role of an Albino-African rapist called Whispering Death in 'Night of the Askari'.
