Luciano Rossi

Born: 28 November 1934, Rome Italy
Sometimes credited as: Edward G. Ross

Luciano Rossi is one of those Spaghetti Western supporting actors who is instantly recognisable, with his distinctive features and shaggy mane of blond hair.

One of his first Spaghetti Western roles consisted of a brief appearance in Django - he is one of Major Jackson's redneck henchmen that gets killed early on in the saloon.

The characters he plays, more often than not, appear to be teetering on the edge of sanity and this is nowhere better played than as the demented Luke Murdock in 'Django the Bastard'.

But for a really mad character check out his giggling psychopath in the giallo 'Death Walks at Midnight'.
