Robert Woods

Born: 19 July 1936, Colorado, USA

Robert Woods is the spitting image of George Hilton, and one could be forgiven for thinking that this is why he was cast in many Spaghetti Westerns. But his entry to the genre pre-dates that of George Hilton and he was certainly prevalent prior to Hilton becoming an established star of Euro-Westerns.

He plays the lead role in 'Black Jack', the story of a man seeking revenge on those who tortured him, leaving him hopping mad in more ways than one! A violent and down beat film even by Spaghetti Western standards - in some countries the film was re-edited to give a feel good ending.
