An Officer who has been disbarred and has a record is not helping, in
the best of situations.

[She’s decided now and here it comes the dirt on Sol.]

I'd say that it is quite noble of him.  Much more noble than acting like an
unwitting lemming like most of the people on this list.

Okay. Let's just say we leave this right here. Every one here has read the list rules. It's my job to enforce them.

The premise of this list is that a pole shift and earth changes are imminent in May 2003. Please read the premise at http://www.zetatalk.com/thub.htm and if you do
not agree with it, you should not come here to try and talk us out of it. That is a total waste of our time and yours. Please leave if you cannot accept the premise.

Nancy Lieder wrote:

<< I think, maybe, you like chaos. >>

Do you mean because yesterday I did something I've never done before, and posted several messages one after the next? Well, I've learned that operating mode from you.

That's what you do, isn't it, when all else fails, when somebody chooses not to blindly follow your every whim, but has the courage to point out that even you can be wrong.

You post ten messages in a row, confusing the issue more and more with each subsequent one. Until finally people no longer know what to believe, and just want everyone to shut up.

So yes, yesterday I decided to write a lot of messages as well. All I did was reply to an endless string of groundless accusations. The "chaos" is being caused by you, and blamed on others, the way you like doing.

You see, in the past when people simply decided to ignore your rantings and senseless attacks, and either shut up themselves or went away - you treatedit as a sign of weakness.

You have a big penchant for continuing to hit people after they're down already. You have repeatedly stated that these people you've shut up or chased off the lists, did not reply to your parting statments because they agree with them.

So this time I decided that I'm going to have to answer each particularly ugly accusation with a separate posting. It's less confusing that way, when all the issues can be properly and separately addressed.

I guess now you know what to expect. Sorry, but I'm not taking this lying down this time.

Sol

[Actually those of us who knew Sol could see this coming, as we’d witnessed it before and Sol had her already pegged pretty wel.]

I'll be posting this to all the tt lists shortly. I've decided that by directing the tt-welcome folks to Hazelwoods site, after tt-posse et al banned him, he is in conflict with TT principles and his responsibilites. He also decided, on his own, to moderate rather than ban MCunningham, after the tt-posse had decided to ban him. Rather than Ms. Highness or whatever he called me, HE is the one taking these actions.

If this does not straghten out,
I'll be disconnecting from TT, removing my link to the TT pages, and no longer have TT on my web site. Let it die, rather than mislead folks and be run by the likes of Sol, who seems to be to be a disturbed person, frankly.

[The famous “wobbler” from Nancy, the ultimate ultimatum, do as I say or I will destroy you all.]

And how would you know that unless YOU were one as well? (though I'll never believe that in a million years... you hide all it too well, but that's also a lawyer trait...) So, chase any good ambulances lately?

By the way, I may as well admit, as your detective eye has probably noticed
already, that my answer to Ashleigh's post is also replete with strict legal terms (I
won't tell you which ones if you don't know. Some things are better left to
silence).

The reason for that is obvious, as you may have surmised. I actually have that
little indiscretion on record in my distant past (the bar bit, I mean). I'm fully
reformed now, however, I have renounced my past sins and am working in an
entirely different field, so I guess you can welcome me into your midst without
fear (yeah, right :-)).

Sol,
Maybe also it was your attitude towards Clipper she reacted to? "So, chase any good ambulances lately?" etc.

[What lack of respect? Sol placed the nice winking, smiley face at the end indicating light hearted banter. Just like Clipper did in his question. ]

And you do say "I actually have that little indiscretion on record in my distant past (the bar bit, I mean). I'm fully reformed now, however, [...]".

In the heat of things, that has been distorted by Nancy to "disbarred", which I have seen no evidence off.

[Deliberatly manipulated, not distorted.]

However, ever bringing up such things in a public discussion is as unprofessional as can be.

[Which by his past statement should call for Nancy’s dismissal.]

Now you started this thing, can't you please stop it!?

[But Sol didn’t, Nancy did.]

Regards,
Jan

Now that's a real good example of some of your more groundless yet very hurtful lies. It's designed to confuse everybody on one hand, and throw the target of your assaults out of balance.

I have not been "disbarred", Nancy, so it's certainly not very nice of you to lie about something like that on a public forum.

An ordinary person would be expected to apologise for groundlessly defaming someone is such a manner. But I realize that you think of yourself as above an ordinary person, because after all you are the Sacred And Untouchable Zeta Emmissary. Excellent.

However, I do have a police record, of which I'm not ashamed. I even posted the whole story in one of my very first messages on tt-welcome in June 00. In fact, you only know about it because I forwarded that message to you privately afterwards, on my own accord.

Yes, I was busted in 1980 when I was 21 years old in Washington State, for selling two ounces of marijuana to an undercover police agent. Despite that fact, I became a lawyer several years afterwards, and worked as one until mid 1997.

In your typical way of sowing confusion by misrepresentation, you say it like these two things are related, like I was supposedly "disbarred" because of that police record. And supposedly that's why I'm not helping here. Right.

As to my not having helped here - well, I don't have to respond to that. Anybody who has been here longer than a couple of months and is able to read English, knows otherwise.
