"The delay in sunset, sunrise, in the day before rotation stoppage is given as a guide approximately 2.43 hours late. This can be given as 2-3 hours late in general, as sunset is not crisp for most, the sun above the horizon, the horizon not a clean line if trees and hills are present, but the number of hours is significant enough that there should be no doubt."

[23:41] <NancyHere> ZT: In the week or so leading up to rotation stoppage, what can be expected is a continuation of today, extreme weather, quakes in bursts globally, and a gradual slowing of rotation such that clocks never seem to be synched up anymore.
[23:42] <NancyHere> ZT: Then the day or days before rotation stoppage will increase this slowdown such that minutes, then hours, then a total stop will occur.
[23:42] <NancyHere> ZT: In other words, you will have but two days notice, and the first of those days doubtful as it will involve MINUTES, not seconds, and clocks being off already this will be a confused point.
[23:43] <NancyHere> ZT: It is the day when the Sun sets hours later than expected that should be the trumpet in the skies, the flashing red light, the announcment you have been waiting for that NOW is the moment to drop all and rush to your safe location.

(NancyL) ZT: Then on the 20th, when the Atlantic Rift is positioned facing Planet X, it LINGERS there, creating the late sundown we stated will be observed.
(NancyL) ZT: The lingering will cause a later sunset for Europe, Africa, and an even later sunset for the Americas, but for Asia where it is already night, this will not be noticed, nor Australia and Japan.

And guess what...... nothing happened, no change, sunrise/sunset was as normal and yet Nancy stated we should be aware due to these changes two days prior to rotational stoppage - the 19th of May.
