Debunkers gone nuts
Gerard, the debunkers were NASTY last
night, and Fluffycat came back in as
Foofy-something.
I could not +b him, because the status bar said the ban list was full,
at least for me.
These people piss me off. Like Nancy says, they are not nice!

Re: [tt-watch] Re: Debunkers gone nuts
Question...
Are the moderators of this board the chat and the
de-bunkers one-in-the-same?
I know had I been a debunker and posted something like
this reply it would have never gotten up here.
Some of my political links are kept off... Fires seek
to understand, then to be understood.

Re: [tt-watch] Re: Debunkers gone nuts
No, they are not.
As far as I know, nobody moderates the #zetatalk channel except for the
Saturday night IRC chats with Nancy.
Btw, the moderation scheme of the TT lists has been changed, so that new
members cannot just sign up and post garbage as we have seen some times
lately, like the example you quoted.
Regards,
Jan
[Well, well, well long time
no see. Although it shows how much Jan really knows, or should that be
pretends to know. Obany, MikeO, J. William, Jeremy32 and Greb_B moderate
the IRC chat. Basically saying whatever they want while kicking and
banning anyone else. their own little private chat just like Jan on TT
as you'll note by his final paragraph. TT-Watch is now on heavier
moderation, but was changed some while back and he's only just got round
to mentioning it because someone noticed. So much for the democracy
Nancy mentioned.]

No, I don't believe they are the same.
The reason the posting was allowed is that they don't usually moderate
someone's postings unless they become overly insulting and ranting, or
continually spam the group. Unless it was very
offensive, they usually warn them too. Regardless of what others may
want you to believe, they don't moderate or ban inidividuals just
because they don't share the group's views. However, I regularly
question individuals about why they are subscribed and debate in a group
that is not in line with their views.
But, I'm not a moderator. One of those guys might answer you
specifically.

Call for permanent ban of Fluffycat from IRC
I want to solicit opinions regarding a
permanent ban of Fluffycat and all his aliases
from the IRC chatroom.
His behavior has grown from childish to vulgar to now evil, and is
extremely disruptive to all goodhearted folk
honestly seeking information about positive
solutions to a pole shift.
My vote is for a permanent ban of Fluffy and all his aliases, and
constant vigilance in this regard.
- Michael O'Hara
[I don't think Mike likes
Fluffycat. Shame isn't it. Although you'd think he'd be more concerned
with the absence of a 12th planet. After all that's what Zetatalk and
its chat group is supposed to be about.]]

Says "Chris":
"with fluffy, it's mardi-gras all year 'round."
Thanks Chris for providing more evidence
that Fluffy's days should be numbered.
[Once again dictatorship
masquerading as democracy.]
