The Sinking of the
Titanic
Yes just as they said it
wasn't possible for the Titanic here it is for all to witness, the huge
unsinkable beast that was Zetatalk slips quietly beneath the waves and
it's every man for themselves as that wondrous folly sinks into the
depths of oblivion. The selfish and cowardly already gone, the brave and
fool hardy only just realising their true dilemma with the die hard
lingering, determined to stand fast as long as their "good captain"
remains steadfast at the helm.

TT-Welcome description change
As owner of TT-Welcome, I have made a few changes
in the description of TT-Welcome. Not much of
change, but a little. First, the name has changed
from Troubled Times Welcome to TT Welcome to reflect it's
individualality as
a list. A copy of the new description is below
(please read).

Description : TT Welcome - The premise of TT Welcome is that cataclysmic
changes may be about to happen in our world soon. This premise is
based not only on increasingly evident earth
changes, but also on ancient and more recent
prophecy. Newcomers are encouraged to join this group if they have
any questions at all to pose, or comments they have been hesitant
to make on other lists. After joining, you can
address your questions and comments to the
membership.
Please keep in mind, we are not in the business of selling our ideas, or
"converting" anyone, as these types of discussions seem to
escalate into never ending debates. We may be
about to go into a period when starvation may
be rampant, job losses and homelessness may be increasing. We are here
to provide information on SELF HELP. Discusions about religions
is discouraged. We are not religion based and
are not here to promote religions. There will
be no begging for money on this list and this will not
be tolerated. As time goes by and more and more members join, we
will have much less time for tolerance of
disruptive members and they will be removed
without lengthy discussions, as will those who do not abide by the list
rules. Also, no bad language will be tolerated, keep it civil.

Clipper, this seems to be a distinction that makes no difference.
As far as I can tell, you've exchanged the phrase "Troubled-Times
Welcome" with "TT-Welcome". Is it for purely legal reasons?

Yes. The idea has come up that Troubled Times Inc.
owns the mailing list when in fact they do
not. The changes made where subtle enough to
reflect that this list is it's own list, not TT-Incs. TT could stand for
anything from "Talk To" to "Teet Twister". You get the idea.

So another one bites the
dust with Clipper distancing himself from the TT-INC? A good move, but
one far too late in my opinion. By such actions this late in the game it
appears the only real interest is in saving his own public image. I
would have been far more impressed had he stood against the TT-INC after
their takeover or subsequently during their harsh dictate on the tt-groups.
(Still Clipper was always relatively impartial as "sheriff" and an all
round good guy in my book.)
