We Provide exercise and help to heart patients in recovery. We are also available to people with heart problems who need appropriate exercise.

We have an active social side to the club!
 

 

We are open and meet 6.00pm – 7.00pm Mondays; 11.00am -12.45pm Wednesdays
and 2.00pm - 3.00pm Fridays

We are accessible by wheelchair
Membership fee £5.00 per annum plus £1.15 per session.

You must have the permission from your
doctor/hospital to attend the exercise classes.
