The website is run on a voluntary basis and has become a thriving website over the last eighteen months. Attracting over 1800 hits a month. It publicises local community groups, charities and local events and news. So if your new years resolution for 2008 was to get involved with your local community and you haven't - now is your chance!.		    
   
This site is totally FREE to use, whether you are just browsing the information here - or actively participating in using the site.

The site is run entirely by dedicated volunteers and is full of local information about Chesterfield and the North East Derbyshire area so you can make the best of the range of events, facilities, attractions and enterprises available locally.
