Must be .gif or .jpg format, We will format the picture to fit the news section. People in the image related to the story should be named. Children's images cannot be used without the signed written consent of their parents or guardians. Don't write text in block capitals unless that is how the word is commonly written. Start time of Event (and finish time where applicable). Use 12 hour time in the following format: 7pm, 11.30am. Noon is 12pm. Midnight is 12am.
