PRICING
We are, from time to time, asked why we do not display prices for the products on our website. This is mainly because the fireplace is made up from several component parts & we feel it would complicate our very easy to view website. As we are happy to sell everything from just a hearth to a complete fireplace, by trying to list all the individual prices that make up the complete fireplace package, it would be very confusing. This is why we like to talk to our customers, so that we can work out exactly what your requirements are & price accordingly.
Special Offers: from time to time we are able to offer fireplace & fire special offers & package deals. We are constantly working with our suppliers to provide a varied selection of offers throughout the year - click on our ‘Special Offers’ link above. Please bear in mind that the special offers do change regularly or are sometimes based on limited stock levels.

INTERNET SELLING: We understand that there are some internet Companies offering what appear to be ‘too good to be true’ deals on fireplaces & fires. Our theory on this is; that if it looks to good to be true - it probably is! Many internet Companies do not offer the complete comprehensive service that we provide as a local, family, established business. Internet companies often do not have a place where you can call in to view & discuss requirements & when there is a problem with a delivery, it is your problem. At Burning Sensation (Grimsby) Ltd you can visit our showroom at your leisure, you can see the fireplaces on display & with our assistance you can even try the operation of the fires. We offer services such as site visits so that we can provide a full quotation for either a fire on it’s own or a complete fireplace & fire, including installation, if required, all of which is certified to the current regulations & registered with the appropriate governing body (ie: HETAS & Gas Safe Register). Should any problems arise with your goods, the worry is taken away from you, as we will sort any problems out for you. You always have a point of call should you have any queries or need to bring in wallpaper/fabric to match up to your chosen fireplace! We are very keen to keep our prices realistic & affordable & you will see that when you visit our showroom. We take all the worries & pressure out of dealing with the supply & installation of your fireplace - all you need to worry about, is your colour scheme!
