C M Hall Associates is based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire and career guidance is available to both young people and adults who are starting out on a career path or are thinking of changing their occupations. It may be that you are about to become redundant or do not feel fulfilled in your present job or are wondering what should be the next step in the career ladder.

Have you considered the possibility of psychological tests as a way of finding out more about yourself?

The programme requires two visits.

The first visit will be an introduction to the system and will provide the opportunity to undertake a range of psychological tests using pen and paper. The time for this will be one to one and an half hours.

The second visit will be arranged when the test results have been processed. It will provide an in-depth interview in which you will be able to discuss your psychological profile, the job implications and plan the next stages in your career move.

A final report which draws together all the above information and the discussion will be sent to you shortly after your second visit.

If you would prefer a shorter process we also provide a career guidance interview with the opportunity to explore your experience and skills, interests and strengths and to develop an action plan. Subsequently, a full report will be provided by post. This interview would take between one and one and an half hours.
