So What is an Out of Body Experience?

Put simply, an Out of Body Experience or OOBE is apparent consciousness from a space other than inside your own physical body. One can perceive or at least appear to perceive events from somewhere other than where they physically are. It does sound crazy to anyone who has never experienced such a thing. Yet if many years ago someone had said to me it is possible to have full consciousness from four different points at once I would have laughed at them. Yet once I actually experienced this. It sounds ludicrous now at the time of this writing yet at the time it was as real as could be and was experienced without the aid of any mind-altering stimulants.

Many of you who develop an interest in this subject might have spotted this site on Google or Yahoo and wandered in looking for a few bells and whistles and coloured lights. Well sorry, we haven't got any of those, but we do have the truth as I see it. Now ain't that better than a few tacky graphics. You may find spelling mistakes and a few glitches here and there but it will be updated and tweaked as I go and I think there's more than enough to be going on with for now. If anyone does spot any errors or broken links, I would really appreciate an email to tell me as indeed I appreciate emails and feedback regarding your own experiences and thoughts regarding this subject. Many of you will find this site wordy and time consuming. That is because it is wordy and time consuming. I genuinely want to give you as much of my meagre knowledge in all this as possible in a few webpages and to try and prove to you that there really is more to going on around us than we may have realised.
I don't want to scare anyone off. God knows, visitors are pretty thin on the ground at the best of times. But do please stick with it and give some of these ideas a go. Anyone dedicated enough to put in a little effort will certainly be rewarded at some point. You will realise then that it was all well worth it. I should mention that the ideas and beliefs outlined in the following are my own ideas and whether or not you subscribe to any, all or none of them is up to you.

OK.... Deep breath and off we go..........

Every living thing is surrounded by an invisible aura. It's a kind of electro-magnetic field and yes it really exists. This Aura, which you can imagine as a kind of cosmic sponge is rather like the ozone layer. It keeps you safe and insulated. It acts as an effective barrier between yourself and forces one can only begin to guess at. This Aura is with us throughout our entire lives and it soaks up our personality, our likes and dislikes....it is imbued with everything that emanates from us over our entire lives. It is a permanent record of everything we have ever done and it is something we can never escape from. This is the strange world we will inhabit after death...at least for a while and whether it is our own personal heaven or hell, depends entirely on us and what we have filled it with during our lifetimes. To a certain extent, IT IS US ALREADY.

So here you are. Locked safely in your own personal hell or heaven or something in between. Your Aura is filled with everything you yourself have put in it and I don't mean the kind of stuff you buy down at MFI or IKEA. It is teeming with YOU, Your own psyche and the scenery is made up of your own thoughts and deeds. I know it is probably hard to grasp this but do bear with me. Every good thought and every deed you do here on earth will somehow seep into this world and manifest itself as something. Neeedless to say the bad stuff will be doing the same thing.

Of course it follows that all the good stuff is hardly able to turn into bad stuff any more than salt can turn into sugar. This has little to do with religion. I am not at all religious. My attitude to religion is the same today as when I was a small boy forced to attend church every Sunday morning and Friday afternoon. Why should I waste time listening to some middle aged misfit, who's probably got more hang-ups and skeletons in the cupboard than I ever will, spouting a load of mumbo jumbo that not even he believes in anymore, that's if he ever did. There are probably more child molesters in the Catholic church than there are in prison at any one time. So I have to say, church is not for me and if I am wrong, then I'll take the rap on the fateful day when it comes! For me this universal law makes far more sense and once you have got into it, even once, I am certain you will feel the same way and agree that I'm on the right track even if I'm not a hundred percent spot on. Even if anyone tells you they know everything about this subject, rest assured, they are liars
There is a Heaven and there is a Hell. Get used to it now as it is important! But the Heaven and the Hell we have a vague notion of already is probably quite different to what we expected. I don't believe it is at all like you were told in your childhood or how famous Italian artists have portrayed it through the centuries or how one or two charlatans on SKY Digital would have you believe. You did it. You constructed it all yourself. No-one slipped anything in when you weren't looking. You made it the way it is. Which is why these experiences seem to vary wildly from person to person.
