The handbrake linkage, which can be seen in the photo to the left, runs through holes in the out-riggers above the axlebox springs. The crank linkage which connect to the brake shaft can be seen behind the rear step - just the same as on the real thing. |

supporting bearings and other components are
particularly visible on a Bulleid tender.
