	With our quality products designed to give a long service life we offer a number of ways to help you keep your purchase at its best.
Spares.
Spares All seating components are available individually from stock and most can be fitted without tools. Others can be fitted using our services or those of a local wheelchair repairer. Standard replacement upholstery sets are available from stock, whilst those for modules fitted with modified postural components are made to order.
Repairs.
A repair service is provided at our works for all products where the fitting of spare parts requires specialised tools or facilities, or if you prefer us to carry out the work. A detailed quotation can be given without obligation and in many cases, can be determined before returning the product to us.
Refurbishment.
All our seating modules can be refurbished at our works for a fixed price, at around 40% of the cost of a new module, providing there are no major components missing or beyond repair. The price includes collection from a UK mainland address, cleaning and inspection, replacement of items where necessary, repair of major body components where practical, setting up the chair to a client's measurements if known, fitting a new upholstery set and delivery to a UK mainland address ready for immediate use. Should a major component be missing or beyond repair a quotation for replacement is given before proceeding further.
Consultancy & Design.
There comes a time when the marketplace does not appear to have a ready-made solution to address a problem To fill that void we provide a Constancy service to assess the perceived need with you and offer possible solutions. An initial visit would be made for a fixed fee. Should the options appear attractive a detailed quotation would be provided setting out a timetable and schedule of costs to meet your needs.
